So, instead of 1 review, focus on multiple reviews and find the patterns. You can also go through Company Website, LinkedIn Company Page, Social Media Posts and Press Releases of the Company to get a better idea.

Try to have conversation with current and former employees of the company to get a sense of what it is to really work there and also get an idea about company's function and culture.

You can ask questions at the end of your interview like how success is measured at your company, how challenges are faced and other questions which are enough to reveal the environment of the company.
